We ship from Korea and the international shipping cost is a flat fee of $60, regardless of quantity.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
We do not accept refunds and exchanges. Please choose carefully when purchasing. However, if there is any damage during shipping, please send us a photo by e-mail, then our team will review the condition and issue an exchange or refund.
CAUTION
1. All our products are 100% handmade, no two designs are the alike.
2. Please check the detailed pictures of the product before purchasing. Because we use multi glaze and clay, cracks may be visible in the glaze or slight inconsistencies may appear. It is a unique characteristic of each pottery that cannot be reproduced.
3. Ceramics are weak against strong impact. Please be careful when unpacking.
